This policy explains what information the Okwy Tea app and website (omalichajecinick.com) collect, why, and how it's used. Okwy Tea is a food and drink ordering service — we are not affiliated with Google Play beyond distributing our app there.

Information We Collect

When you place an order through the app or website, we collect:

• Your name and phone number — to identify your order and contact you if needed.
• Delivery address — only if you place a delivery order.
• Order details — items ordered, quantities, order date/time, table number (for dine-in), and total amount.
• Preferred waitress — if you choose one when ordering.

If you install the app and enable notifications, we also store a push notification subscription so we can send you updates (such as promotions or order status). You can disable this at any time through your device's notification settings.

If you use the app's "Installer" feature, we store the name and phone number of the phone's owner and of the person who helped install the app, so we can recognize devices that were set up with assistance.

We also store a random, anonymous device identifier when the app is installed, used only to recognize repeat app usage (for example, so we can tell how many of our installs turn into real orders). This identifier is not linked to any personal information unless you place an order from that device.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare, fulfil, and deliver your order

What We Don't Do

• We do not collect payment card details through the app — payment is handled in person or via WhatsApp/direct contact.

Data Storage

Your order and contact information is stored securely on our servers for as long as needed to run our loyalty programme and keep business records. Some information (like your name and phone number, for your convenience) is also saved locally on your own device so you don't have to re-enter it each time — this is automatically cleared if you uninstall the app.

Your Rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about your phone number, or to delete it, at any time using the contact details below.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
